IPC Health is one of the largest providers of community health service in Victoria, operating in the Western suburbs of Melbourne. IPC Health exists so that communities are healthy and well, providing a full spectrum of care and support through a single point of contact and consistent approach to healthcare. IPC Health’s primary vision is to make the highest quality primary health care accessible to all who need it. Two vacancies will become available in 2025 to join the Board of IPC Health, so we are seeking applications from experienced Board professionals with the following expert skills: 

  • Financial Management, Audit, Risk  -  membership of a professional body (CA/CPA)
  • Strategic and commercial development expertise
  • Government Relations/Corporate Affairs

As an experienced Board professional you will also possess some of the following skills, experience and personal attributes:

  • alignment to IPC Health's Mission, purpose and culture.
  • ability to think and influence strategically.
  • financial literacy.
  • understanding of community health service delivery and health sector issues and trends.
  • person-centred care, service co-design.
  • critical thinker, constructive questioner.
  • collaborative approach and sophisticated communication skills.
  • GAICD qualification or equivalent desirable.
