JobsBank would like to invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to join their Board with the following priority skills and experience sought:

• Strategic growth mindset 
• Setting, reviewing and monitoring of strategy
• Strategic commercial acumen in sales, marketing, and scaling multi-team businesses
• Strong Governance and Leadership skills
• Procurement, tendering and business development

Candidates will ideally have Board experience and a good understanding of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), and/or social procurement principles and practice. JobsBank's strategy includes targeting specific sectors where growth opportunities exist, so candidates with experience and networks in the following industries and sectors will be considered favourably.

• Renewable energy
• Construction
• Manufacturing
• Food and fibre
• Care and Support sector
