The GM has full P&L accountability for the financial performance of the State, with ultimate responsibility for the development and execution of business strategy and profitable project management of all work. You will also accountable for developing new business and identifying new and emerging markets. This is a leadership role, with a significant people-focus, and is responsible for developing a high performing culture of performance and improvement. With first-class financial support, you will also develop business and financial plans and forecasts.
The successful candidate will have extensive sales leadership expertise, with proven skills in engaging large & diverse teams and elevating performance through coaching, training and encouragement.
