Youth Support + Advocacy Service (YSAS) is a leading not-for-profit agency that enables young people experiencing serious disadvantage to access the resources and support they require to lead healthy and fulfilling lives. In preparing for future growth and development, a new leadership role has been created.

Leading a large and geographically dispersed team, you will take strategic accountability for providing high quality, person centred services, which are financially sustainable and compliant with legislation. In this role, you will play a key role in growing the organisation, evaluating new opportunities and, importantly, developing a comprehensive program of continuous improvement. Working closely with your teams and peers, you will also ensure a consistent and appropriate human resources framework exists, supporting the on-going development of employees’ capability, and setting the conditions for success. This role sets out the future service delivery agenda and establishes a sound platform of systems and capability to support growth.

Essential qualities sought are excellent leadership abilities, senior management or executive level experience gained in diverse human services settings, and a successful track record in delivering improved services and financially sustainable outcomes. A historical background in practice and relevant tertiary qualifications will be well regarded.
